We can not give a stronger endorsement to Roberts Home Service (Thordis Williams), Oct 2020. We have lived in the The Villages for seven (7) years and had the misfortune of being misled and hiring companies who did not live up to their promises. We have been "ghosted" (didn't do the work while we were away, yet charged us); argued about missed areas and shoddy work; forced into confrontational, uncomfortable exchanges! All....needlessly! We have our home power washed twice a year. We think it is justified. We hired Thordis, and his crew, 3 years ago. Thordis and his crew have washed our home, a number of times, while we were away for an extended time. Our neighbor (across the street) also has her place done by Roberts. We have a "home watch" company who keeps an eye on our property and verified that what we asked to be done was done by Roberts Home Services, completely and on the day scheduled. We could not be happier, especially when we come home to a very clean, power washed property. Thordis demonstrates genuine interest in you, the home owner. I wish we could find someone similar, for our other services!! We have to say that you will not be disappointed with your results or by his work ethic and respectful persona. Lastly, the price for his efforts are very fair!
